Data Deletion

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users may request the deletion of their personal data that is processed through ATREUS, an AI messaging system operated by Chase The Change LLC.

ATREUS processes Instagram and Facebook messaging data only for the purpose of responding to messages, qualifying leads, supporting clients, and improving service performance. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties.

1. What Data ATREUS Collects

ATREUS may process the following information from Instagram or Facebook:

  • Public profile information (username, profile name, profile picture)

  • Message content sent to the connected Instagram Business Account or Facebook Page

  • Timestamps of messages

  • Conversation status and metadata

  • Basic account data required by Meta to deliver messages (Page ID, IG Business ID)

ATREUS does not collect private user information beyond what is necessary for messaging operations.

2. Why This Data Is Collected

Data is processed only for:

  • Responding to messages sent to the business

  • Lead qualification and support

  • Improving automated responses

  • Maintaining service performance and security

  • Ensuring compliance with Meta platform rules

We do not use this data for advertising, resale, or external distribution.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like ATREUS to delete the personal data linked to your interactions, you may request deletion at any time.

Your request must include:

  • Your Instagram or Facebook username

  • The business Page or IG account you interacted with

  • A brief statement requesting data deletion

We will delete all data associated with your interactions within 7 business days, except where we are required to retain data for security, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.

4. What Happens After Deletion

When your request is processed, the following actions occur:

  • Conversation logs are removed from our systems

  • Any stored metadata is deleted

  • Your data is removed from internal logs and dashboards

  • ATREUS will no longer retain any identifiable information related to you

If you message the business again in the future, new data may be processed as needed to deliver the service.
