These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ATREUS, a service operated by Chase The Change LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using ATREUS, our website, or any connected features, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About ATREUS

ATREUS is an automated messaging and engagement system that connects to Instagram Business accounts and Facebook Pages to help manage conversations, generate replies, and provide metrics through a dashboard.

ATREUS only works with business accounts and requires authorized connection via Meta’s APIs.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Have legal authority to manage the business accounts you connect;

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account;

  • Use ATREUS only for lawful business purposes.

3. Your Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your login credentials;

  • All activity conducted under your account;

  • Ensuring you have proper rights to connect any Instagram or Facebook Page;

  • Ensuring the content ATREUS sends on your behalf complies with applicable laws and Meta policies.

You must not misuse the Services, attempt to access data you do not own, or use ATREUS for spam, harassment, or unlawful conduct.

4. Connection to Instagram & Facebook

When you connect your Instagram Business account or Facebook Page, ATREUS receives certain data through Meta’s APIs, such as:

  • Messages;

  • Profile and Page information;

  • Conversation metadata needed to send/receive messages.

Use of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Meta’s own use of this data is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy, not ours.

You can revoke access at any time through your Meta account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ATREUS to:

  • Send unsolicited or deceptive messages;

  • Violate Meta’s Platform Policies or Community Guidelines;

  • Collect personal data without consent;

  • Interfere with platform integrity or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to charge your payment method until you cancel.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

ATREUS, including its design, workflows, AI logic, and software, is the intellectual property of Chase The Change LLC.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Services.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of ATREUS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used.

By using ATREUS, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in that Policy.

9. Service Availability

ATREUS is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time for security, technical, or operational reasons.

We are not responsible for outages caused by Meta’s API, third-party services, or user error.

10. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

  • Increased sales or engagement;

  • 100% accuracy of automated responses;

  • Continuous access without downtime.

You use ATREUS at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be legally limited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chase The Change LLC is not liable for:

  • Lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages;

  • Actions taken by Meta, including restrictions on your connected accounts;

  • Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the last 12 months.

12. Termination

You may stop using ATREUS at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms;

  • Misuse the Service;

  • Create security risks;

  • Fail to pay required fees.

Upon termination, access to ATREUS and associated data may be limited or deleted.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” and may provide notice through the dashboard or email.

Continued use after changes means acceptance.
